2 Rolling Earthquakes. Pit Bull Eats Smaller Dog at VFW: SUNDAY !

VFW SUNDAY 12:00 Noon : Big guy walking pit bull on leash. Smaller brown dog leaves apartments. Pit bull gets small dog in mouth shaking it almost to death. Big guy can't control pit bull. People watching but no one wants to get the small brown dog out of the pit bull's mouth. Eventually brown dogs owner shows up and takes the dog to emergency services.

According to Agenda Item 2.3 just released , long time City Attorney Jim (Lying Low) Lough will resign from his law firm effective February 1st and will no longer be availble to give bad legal advice to City Council !

AGENDA ITEM 2.3 States that City Attorney Jim Lough is resigning from his law firm partnership.
What is most troubling is that the "Changing of the Guard" will be done as a consent item with no public discussion.
A major decision about the future direction of Imperial Beach's legal advice is being undertaken without public discussion!
Bayfront Land Swap With Port-Chula Vista & Pacifica

Waterfront L.P., also known as Pacifica. The land exchange is the first step in the redevelopment of the Chula Vista bayfront, which will include a balance of jobs, environmental buffers, housing and recreation.
