What was her illegal endorsement of Jim Janney for Mayor worth 4 years ago?
1. A free seat back on council when Fred McLean died.
2. A potential appointment as Port Commisisoner
3. An opportunity to run for another council term as an incumbent
4. A job appointment with South Bay Economic Council's Partnership With Industry (Also known as: Scamorama San Diego)
PS Her illegal appointment to the City Council has been conveniently overlooked by the District Attorney' Office!.....Can you imagine that????
Every logical person can follow the sequence of events that led to her untimely appointment to this council and all the other's except King.....'ROLLED OVER AND PLAYED DEAD "!

Using a person's political office to endorse another candidate for the same office is illegal under California Law. Rose was a termed-out Mayor at the time endorsing Jim Janney for the same position....ILLEGAL !
Rose has voted at least twice in the last year to give City money to "Partnership With Industry: ...where she works for her day job. Predatory real estate loans have not been so good lately for Diane and according to her own quote, it had been so long since she had worked in the private sector, she really wasn't qualified to do anything. That's when she got the appointment to South County Scamorama. I've had enough of Rose and the Dumb Asses that appointed her ,instead of having an election. Jim King was the only one on this Council that abstained from voting on Diane's appointment. Process was violated regardless of what the corrupt District Attorney's Corruption Unit says. At least the Corruption Unit is well named. Reminds me of the Sears Optical Commercial where the lady calls the raccoon into her house thinking it's the cat. It gives new meaning to blind justice.....as in DEAF , DUMB AND BLIND !
Let Janney Go. Let McCoy Go. Let Lori Bragg Go. AND PLEASE MAKE DIANE ROSE GO AWAY FROM PUBLIC OFFICE....ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! Even her IBCC supporters are now starting to realize she doesn't represent them any more either!
